Placing your order
Orders are placed on zenzest.com/stores/zenzest-queens/products or zenzest.com/stores/zenzest-staten-island/products. Choose the store closest to your ZIP code (or use our ZIP checker). Add products to your cart and hit the $100 pre-tax minimum. Enter your delivery address and select "Delivery" at checkout.
Order confirmation
Within a minute or two of checkout, you'll receive an SMS and email confirming the order, the ETA window, and the driver's contact number once dispatched. Your card is authorized at this point but not charged; payment happens at the door in cash or by debit.
Preparation & sealing
The store's fulfillment team pulls each product off the shelf, verifies the batch number against the tracking system, and seals everything in a tamper-evident opaque bag. Every item on the invoice is scanned out of state inventory. If anything you ordered is out of stock, you'll get a call before the order leaves the store.
Driver dispatch
The driver picks up the sealed bag and heads out. You'll get an SMS with the driver's first name, a live ETA, and a phone number. Drivers operate unmarked personal vehicles — no logos, no branding, no signage.
Age verification at the door
When the driver arrives, you'll meet them at your door (or another agreed hand-off point). They will:

Check your ID
State-issued driver's license, non-driver ID, or passport. Must be current (not expired). Name and photo must match the person present.

Confirm you are 21+
The driver checks the date of birth. This is state law and cannot be waived. Even a customer who was 21+ when they placed the order must confirm again at delivery.

Confirm the order
The driver reads out the last three items or the total so you can confirm the order matches your expectation.
Handoff & payment
Once ID is verified, the driver hands over the sealed bag. Payment happens at the door:

Tipping the driver is optional. Any tip is 100% to the driver, on top of their wage.
Packaging
Every ZenZest delivery arrives in an opaque, tamper-evident outer bag. Individual products inside are in their original child-resistant packaging (state regulation). Nothing is marked "cannabis" on the outside — the bag is discreet by design.
What if you're not home?
The driver will call and text on approach. If they cannot reach you and can't verify a 21+ recipient in person, the order returns to the store and the sale is not completed. Your card was never charged. To reschedule:
- Call the dispatching store to request a re-delivery attempt (typically within the same day if store hours allow).
- Or reorder from the menu — you keep the original menu prices.
