Do you deliver weed to Queens, Nassau and Staten Island?
Yes — ZenZest delivers free same-day cannabis to Queens, Nassau and Staten Island, covering every covered ZIP. If your ZIP is in our service area, we will deliver to you during open store hours, typically within 60–90 minutes.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is completely free on every order — no delivery fee, no service charge, no surge pricing. The only requirement is a $100 order minimum.
How fast is same-day weed delivery?
Most local orders arrive in 60–90 minutes from the time you check out, as long as the store is open. Outlying ZIPs at the edge of our service area can take up to 100 minutes during peak hours.
What's the order minimum for delivery?
$100 (before tax) is the flat delivery minimum. Pickup orders have no minimum.
Where does ZenZest dispatch Queens, Nassau and Staten Island deliveries from?
Queens, Nassau and Staten Island deliveries are dispatched from our nearest licensed store. Drivers operate unmarked, discreet vehicles. Call us at 718-865-1464 (Queens) or 718-889-0240 (Staten Island) during open hours for live delivery questions.
Is ZenZest a licensed New York dispensary?
Yes. ZenZest is licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management (OCM): license OCM-RETL-24-000247 for our Queens location and OCM-RETL-24-000099 for our Staten Island location. Both stores operate fully under New York's adult-use cannabis program.
Do I need a medical card to shop or get delivery?
No. ZenZest is an adult-use (recreational) dispensary. Anyone 21 or older with valid government-issued ID can shop in-store or order delivery — no medical card required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and debit cards. Credit cards are not accepted — New York State law prohibits credit-card processing for cannabis purchases at any licensed dispensary.
What products can I order?
Flower, edibles, vapes, pre-rolls, concentrates, tinctures, topicals, and accessories — every product is sourced from New York OCM-licensed cultivators and tested through the state's regulated supply chain.
Can I order online and pick up at the store?
Yes. In-store pickup orders have no minimum and are typically ready within 15–30 minutes. Just shop the menu at zenzest.com, choose your store, and select pickup at checkout.
Is the delivery vehicle discreet?
Yes. ZenZest drivers operate unmarked, discreet vehicles. No branding, no logo — just a clean handoff at your door.
What if I'm not home when delivery arrives?
Our driver will call and text you on approach. New York State law requires a valid 21+ ID handoff in person at delivery; we cannot leave cannabis at the door, with a neighbor, with a doorman, or with anyone other than the named recipient. If we can't make contact, the order returns to the store and we'll reschedule.
