What we collect

  • Identity and age verification — legal name, date of birth, government-issued ID (scanned in-store or at delivery, retained per state regulation).
  • Contact — phone number and email for order confirmations, delivery updates, and (with your opt-in) marketing SMS or email.
  • Address — delivery address for orders you place; billing address if using debit.
  • Order history — retained for tax and regulatory compliance and for reordering convenience.
  • Loyalty data — points balance, tier, and redemption history through ZenCircle (powered by Alpine IQ).
  • Website analytics — anonymous device, browser, and page-view data via Google Analytics 4.

Why we collect it

  • To verify you are 21+ (required by law).
  • To fulfill and deliver your orders.
  • To meet reporting obligations to the NY Office of Cannabis Management.
  • To operate the ZenCircle loyalty program.
  • To improve the site and communicate about promotions (only if you opt in).

Who sees your data

Data is shared with the specific service providers that operate our business — the point-of-sale system (Dutchie), the delivery dispatch tool, the payment processor for debit transactions, the loyalty platform (Alpine IQ), and the state-mandated seed-to-sale tracking system. Data is never sold to advertisers or resold to any third party.

How long we keep it

Transaction and age-verification records are retained for the period required by the NY OCM (currently five years). Marketing preferences are retained until you opt out. You can request deletion of non-regulatory data at any time.
