ZenZest Weed Dispensary Queens is located at 272-06 Union Turnpike, Queens, NY 11040 — on Union Turnpike near the Queens–Nassau County border. The storefront is at street level with clear ZenZest signage. Look for the private parking lot entrance immediately adjacent to the store.

Parking

The Queens location has a private customer parking lot on-site. Most customers park in the dedicated lot rather than needing to look for street parking. Ample street parking is also available on Union Turnpike if the lot is at capacity during peak hours.

Inside the store

The interior is an open-concept retail environment — a single large showroom with clear sightlines from the entrance to the checkout. Product displays are organized by category (flower, pre-rolls, vapes, edibles, concentrates, accessories) around the perimeter and central islands.

The retail floor

The 1,500+ square foot retail showroom is one of the larger dedicated cannabis retail floors serving the Queens–Nassau County border. The space is designed for comfortable browsing — wide aisles between displays, clear signage on categories and price tiers, and multiple points where you can pause and ask a budtender a question.

Product browsing

Every SKU on the current menu is available to view and inspect in-store. Product displays include:

• Sealed sample packaging (so you can read the actual label, batch number, and terpene profile)
• Category filters (indica / sativa / hybrid, THC ranges, price tiers)
• Dominant terpenes noted where the vendor provides them
• Live Certificate of Analysis (COA) lookup available at every kiosk

If you want to filter the entire menu by effect, dose, or budget, the kiosks let you do it in seconds.

12 self-order kiosks

The Queens flagship has 12 digital self-order kiosks distributed across the retail floor. Each kiosk shows the full live menu, supports filtering by category, effect, brand, and price, and places your order directly into the fulfillment queue. From the kiosk to the pickup counter is a single short walk.

This is the largest self-order kiosk deployment among NY-licensed retailers on the Queens–Nassau County border — a design decision aimed at eliminating checkout lines even during peak hours.

Budtender experience

Budtenders are available throughout the sales floor, not queued behind a single counter. If you have a question — first-time buyer, unsure about dosing, want a strain recommendation, curious about a specific brand — flag any budtender and they'll walk you through options.

Every budtender is trained on:

• The full menu and current inventory
• Reading and explaining Certificates of Analysis (see our lab testing guide)

• NY State regulations on possession, consumption, and driving

Checkout

Kiosk orders route directly to the checkout counter — you pick up, verify your ID, and pay by cash or debit. No line to place the order because the kiosks handle that step. The overall flow is designed for a quick, efficient in-and-out for regulars who know what they want, while still giving first-time customers as much time and support as they need.
